WCAP Return Policy
0–3 Months from Purchase
Products may be returned for a full refund if they are in their original condition and original packaging.
After 3 Months
All products are non-refundable.
Special Order Items
Special-order products are non-refundable.
Returns without original packaging may be subject to a $20 re-packaging and/or cleaning fee per part.
Any non-stock, special-order part purchased for a vehicle that is 10 years old or older is non-refundable, regardless of the purchase date.
Damaged or Defective Products
All products are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify WCAP as soon as possible. We will resolve the issue using one of the following options:
- Exchange the product
- Arrange pickup and issue a refund
- Offer a discount
Damage or defect claims must be reported within 5 days of the order date to be eligible for exchange or warranty consideration.
Warranty Policy
All WCAP products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
Warranty Limitations:
- You must be the original owner of the vehicle
- A copy of the original invoice is required
- The warranted part must not be modified or altered in any way
- Labor costs, materials, and removal/reinstallation (R&R) are not covered
- Warranty coverage applies to replacement parts only
Discounts and Labor Claims
If labor time or a discount is required to repair a damaged part, you must contact WCAP for approval before any work or modifications are performed. Photos of the product may be required.
All claims must be submitted within 10 days of the invoice date. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
